Terms and Conditions

2.1 Minimum age

Users must be at least 16 years old to register for a free account and at least 18 years old to purchase rendering credits or subscribe to paid services.

Users must also meet any higher minimum age required by applicable law.

Where applicable law requires parental or guardian consent for a user aged 16 or 17, that user may register only after the necessary consent and verification requirements have been satisfied.

2.2 Account security

Users agree to provide accurate registration information and maintain secure account credentials.

Users are responsible for activities conducted through their accounts, except where unauthorized activity results from One Submit's failure to meet its applicable obligations.

Users must not share, sell, or transfer their accounts without authorization.

Fraudulent registrations, unauthorized access, attempts to compromise platform security, and circumvention of paid features are prohibited.

One Submit may restrict accounts reasonably suspected of serious fraud, infringement, abuse, or other material violations.

4.1 Ownership

Users retain ownership of music, lyrics, recordings, and other original content that they lawfully own.

Uploading content does not transfer copyright ownership to One Submit.

4.2 Required rights and permissions

Users are responsible for ensuring that they possess all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, or other lawful authorization to upload, process, synchronize, render, publish, distribute, or monetize their content.

These may include rights associated with:

• Musical compositions.
• Sound recordings and master recordings.
• Song lyrics.
• Synchronization of music with visual content.
• Reproduction and distribution.
• Commercial publication and monetization.

Purchasing or streaming a commercially released song does not automatically grant permission to create or distribute a lyric video using that song.

4.3 Third-party content

Users may upload copyrighted third-party recordings or lyrics only when the relevant use is legally authorized.

Users must not assume that crediting an artist, owning a copy of a recording, or using a short excerpt automatically provides the necessary rights.

4.4 Mandatory rights confirmation

Before uploading or processing audio, users must affirmatively acknowledge:

"I confirm that I own or have the necessary rights to use this audio and its lyrics to create a video."

Users who cannot truthfully provide this confirmation must not upload the relevant content.

This acknowledgment does not replace required copyright licenses.

4.5 Unauthorized material

One Submit may investigate complaints and restrict or remove material reasonably believed to violate applicable law, third-party rights, or these Terms.

We may request evidence of relevant rights where reasonably necessary.

6.1 ElevenLabs audio processing

In certain lyric-extraction workflows, Video Studio transmits uploaded audio or relevant audio segments to ElevenLabs through its API.

ElevenLabs processes the submitted audio to generate transcription results that may include:

• Recognized words and lyrics.
• Text segments.
• Language information.
• Word and line timestamps.
• Other information required for synchronization.

Not every recording is necessarily processed through ElevenLabs.

6.2 Provider data practices

ElevenLabs processes submitted information according to its applicable service agreements, data-processing arrangements, retention policies, and account settings.

Depending on those arrangements, submitted information may be retained for service delivery, security, or other permitted purposes.

Certain ElevenLabs configurations may allow data to be used for model improvement, while other settings or contractual arrangements may restrict such use.

One Submit does not independently sell uploaded recordings or transcripts to ElevenLabs.

6.3 Transcription accuracy

Automated transcription may contain incorrect words, missing lyrics, language errors, or timing inaccuracies.

Users are responsible for reviewing and correcting extracted lyrics before final rendering.

One Submit does not guarantee perfect transcription accuracy or compatibility with every language, recording, or musical style.

6.4 Manual lyric entry

Where available, users may manually enter their lyrics instead of using automated lyric extraction.

7.1 Commercial use

Users may incorporate visual assets made available for commercial exports into completed videos created through Video Studio.

Completed videos may be used for lawful personal and commercial purposes, including:

• Music promotion.
• Social media publishing.
• Music video distribution.
• Advertising.
• Monetized video channels.
• Other lawful audiovisual uses.

Any asset-specific restriction must be disclosed before selection or export.

This license does not authorize standalone redistribution or resale of platform assets.

7.2 Restrictions

Users must not:

• Extract and redistribute background videos independently.
• Sell or sublicense platform fonts or templates separately.
• Repackage shared assets into competing collections.
• Claim exclusive ownership of shared background footage.
• Use platform assets in violation of applicable law.

7.3 Content ID and automated copyright claims

Users must not register, fingerprint, or submit Video Studio's shared background videos, stock footage, templates, or visual assets to YouTube Content ID, Meta Rights Manager, or similar automated rights-management systems in a manner that asserts exclusive ownership of those assets.

Users must not create claims that interfere with other customers' lawful use of the same shared assets.

Users may register and protect independently owned music or recordings where legally authorized, provided that the registration does not improperly claim Video Studio's shared visual assets.

Users must cooperate in resolving inaccurate or fraudulent claims.

One Submit may suspend accounts involved in misuse of rights-management systems and request withdrawal of improper claims.

8.1 Watermark purpose

The watermark identifies the software used to create the video.

It does not mean One Submit:

• Owns the underlying music.
• Has licensed the music or lyrics.
• Has approved or endorsed the content.
• Has verified the copyright status of the recording.
• Is necessarily the publisher or distributor of the completed video.

Users remain responsible for ensuring that their videos may lawfully be distributed.

One Submit does not automatically become the publisher, distributor, or copyright holder of a third-party video merely because its watermark appears on the video.

Nothing in this section excludes legal responsibilities imposed on One Submit under applicable copyright law.

8.2 Watermark restrictions

Users must not remove, conceal, crop, or manipulate a watermark to circumvent free-plan limitations.

Watermark-free exporting may require a paid rendering entitlement.

9.1 Pricing structure

Video Studio offers subscription plans and may offer one-time rendering credits or other paid services.

Prices may change from time to time and may vary depending on:

• Subscription tier.
• Number of included rendering credits.
• Video quality and export resolution.
• Selected video format or aspect ratio.
• Rendering options and technical requirements.
• Available features and services.
• Promotional pricing.
• Applicable taxes and other disclosed charges.

Current pricing, plan features, and available purchase options are displayed on the Platform or during checkout.

The price and specific entitlements displayed and accepted at checkout govern the relevant purchase.

9.2 Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing interval disclosed at purchase unless canceled.

By subscribing, users authorize the applicable recurring charges.

9.3 Pricing changes

One Submit may modify prices for future purchases, subscription tiers, rendering credits, and optional services.

Price changes do not retroactively increase the amount charged for a completed purchase.

For existing recurring subscriptions, any increase will take effect only after the required notice and, where applicable law requires it, the user's consent.

Where a user does not accept a proposed price increase, the user may cancel before the applicable renewal.

9.4 Taxes and currencies

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Applicable taxes, fees, and additional charges will be disclosed before the purchase is confirmed, as required by law.

10.1 Subscription credits

Subscription plans provide rendering credits according to the plan selected at purchase.

Unused subscription credits roll over while the subscription remains active.

10.2 Rollover cap

The maximum accumulated subscription credit balance is twice the plan's regular monthly rendering allowance.

For example, a plan providing 10 renders per month has a maximum subscription balance of 20 renders.

When a monthly allocation is added, credits exceeding the applicable cap expire.

This cap applies to subscription credits, not separately purchased one-time credits.

10.3 Subscription expiration

Unused subscription credits expire when the subscription ends, subject to applicable consumer rights and any contrary purchase commitment.

Subscription credits cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

10.4 One-time rendering credits

Separately purchased one-time rendering credits do not expire while the user's account remains active.

They are not subject to subscription rollover limits.

They remain available after subscription cancellation, provided the account remains active.

One-time credits cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

10.5 Plan changes

Changes to subscription tiers may affect future allocations, available features, and rollover limits.

The treatment of existing credits will be disclosed before a user confirms a plan change.

11.1 Rendering entitlements

Rendering credits provide access to the export operations specified in the user's applicable purchase terms.

Different resolutions, video formats, or rendering options may consume different numbers of credits.

The applicable credit cost will be disclosed before a rendering operation is confirmed.

11.2 Successful delivery

A render is considered successfully delivered when the requested video has been generated and made available for download in substantially usable form.

11.3 Failed rendering

If a rendering operation fails due to a technical error attributable to Video Studio and no substantially usable video is delivered, we will restore the consumed rendering credit.

Where applicable law requires an additional remedy, that remedy remains available.

11.4 User-selected errors

Users must review lyrics, timing, animations, backgrounds, and editing settings before rendering.

A successfully delivered video is not eligible for a complimentary replacement solely because of dissatisfaction with creative choices, incorrect user-approved lyrics, or a decision not to publish.

This does not restrict legally required remedies for defective services.

12.1 Voluntary subscription refund window

One Submit provides a voluntary refund window of 96 hours following the initial subscription purchase.

Users may submit a refund request within this period by contacting support@one-submit.com.

After the voluntary 96-hour window has passed, refunds are not provided under this policy solely because a customer has changed their mind or has not used the purchased subscription.

This restriction does not affect statutory rights.

12.2 Recurring payments

Subscription renewal payments are not eligible for voluntary refunds under the initial-purchase refund window.

Users may cancel subscriptions to stop future automatic renewals.

Statutory cancellation and refund rights remain available.

12.3 Unused one-time credits

One-time rendering credits are not voluntarily refundable solely because they remain unused.

Applicable legal cancellation rights and remedies for nonperformance or billing errors remain unaffected.

12.4 Completed videos

Successfully rendered and delivered videos are not voluntarily refundable solely because of creative dissatisfaction, user-selected errors, or a decision not to publish.

12.5 Technical failures

Where rendering fails due to a platform error, consumed credits will be restored.

Where restoring credits does not adequately remedy a material failure, One Submit will provide another appropriate remedy, including a refund where required by law.

12.6 Incorrect payments

Billing errors, duplicate charges, and unauthorized transactions will be investigated and corrected in accordance with applicable law.

12.7 Mandatory consumer rights

The voluntary refund policy does not override mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or digital-service rights.

Consumers may have statutory rights extending beyond the voluntary refund window.

Applicable laws, including Israeli consumer protection legislation and relevant laws in the consumer's country of residence, govern such rights.

Where the law requires reimbursement, One Submit will provide it within the required timeframe.

12.8 Refund requests

Refund and billing requests may be submitted to:

support@one-submit.com

Requests should include the account email, transaction information, and the reason for the inquiry.

Approved monetary refunds will ordinarily be returned using the original payment method.

18.1 Active accounts

Projects remain available while an account remains active, subject to applicable storage limits, security requirements, and legal obligations.

18.2 Canceled subscriptions

Projects and completed videos associated with a canceled subscription are retained for 90 days after the paid subscription period expires.

After that period, One Submit may delete the associated files from active storage, subject to continued account activity, other applicable entitlements, and legal obligations.

18.3 Free and one-time-credit accounts

For users without an active paid subscription, an account becomes inactive after 12 consecutive months without a login or authenticated project or rendering activity.

After 12 months of inactivity, One Submit may delete stored projects, uploaded audio, lyrics, and completed videos.

Users will receive a warning by email at least 30 days before deletion under this inactivity rule.

Logging in or completing a qualifying authenticated project action before the deletion deadline resets the inactivity period.

18.4 Protection of purchased credits

Unused one-time rendering credits do not expire solely because of inactivity.

Deletion of stored project files does not automatically cancel or remove unused purchased credits.

18.5 Account deletion

Users may request account deletion.

Before voluntary account closure, users will be informed of applicable consequences for stored projects and remaining account-based entitlements.

Deletion is carried out subject to relevant consumer rights, privacy obligations, and legally required retention.

18.6 External processing providers

Audio and transcription data processed by ElevenLabs or another authorized transcription provider may be subject to separate retention and processing arrangements.

Additional information is provided in the Privacy Policy.

18.7 Backups and legal retention

Deleted information may remain temporarily in secure backups until applicable retention periods expire.

Certain billing, security, consent, legal, or dispute records may be retained where required or permitted by law.

28.1 Severability

If a provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

28.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the applicable Privacy Policy, purchase-specific disclosures, and any expressly incorporated policies constitute the agreement governing Video Studio.

Where a specific purchase disclosure establishes more precise commitments concerning features, pricing, credits, or service delivery, those commitments govern the relevant transaction, subject to mandatory law.

28.3 No waiver

Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision or any other right.
