5. AI-Powered Lyric Extraction and Audio Processing

Video Studio uses automated technology to analyze uploaded music, identify sung or spoken words, and synchronize lyrics with audio.

Depending on the processing workflow, we may use Google Cloud, ElevenLabs, or other authorized technical services.

These providers receive information necessary to perform the requested processing.

5.1 Information submitted for processing

Depending on the service used, transferred information may include:

  • An uploaded audio file or relevant audio segments.
  • Vocal performances contained in the recording.
  • Audio metadata.
  • Language information.
  • Technical request identifiers.
  • Information necessary to produce lyric transcription and timestamps.

Processing results may include:

  • Recognized words and lyrics.
  • Text segments.
  • Timestamps.
  • Language identification.
  • Audio synchronization data.

5.2 User choice and processing

When users select automated lyric extraction, Video Studio may route the audio to one of its supported processing providers.

The applicable provider processes the submitted information to perform the selected function.

Users who do not wish to use automated lyric extraction may use available manual lyric-entry functionality, subject to the capabilities of the Service.

6. Google Cloud Audio Processing

Video Studio uses Google Cloud services for certain audio-processing and lyric-extraction operations.

In some cases, uploaded music is transmitted from Video Studio to Google Cloud through its APIs for automated analysis, speech recognition, transcription, or related lyric-processing functions.

Google Cloud processes the submitted information to provide the requested technical results.

6.1 Information shared with Google Cloud

Depending on the function used, the information sent may include:

  • Uploaded audio recordings or audio segments.
  • Vocals and spoken or sung words.
  • Audio metadata and technical characteristics.
  • Language or transcription parameters.
  • Technical request information.

Google Cloud may return transcribed lyrics, recognized words, timestamps, language information, and related processing results.

6.2 Purpose of Google Cloud processing

We use Google Cloud audio-processing services to help:

  • Recognize sung or spoken lyrics.
  • Convert audio into text.
  • Detect supported languages.
  • Generate timing information.
  • Synchronize lyrics with music.
  • Provide other audio-processing functions necessary for video creation.

Google Cloud is not granted ownership of uploaded music merely because audio is submitted for processing.

6.3 Google Cloud data retention

Google Cloud may process and retain information according to the applicable Google Cloud service, API method, configuration, and contractual terms.

Data retention differs between services.

For example, Google Cloud Speech-to-Text may process certain synchronous or streaming requests without storing the submitted customer audio, while asynchronous processing may involve temporary retention of results.

Other Google Cloud audio or AI services may have different retention arrangements.

Google Cloud may also retain operational metadata for security, service delivery, troubleshooting, and legal compliance.

Deletion of a project from Video Studio does not necessarily cause immediate deletion of information retained separately by Google Cloud under its applicable terms.

6.4 AI model training

Google Cloud's applicable service terms restrict the use of customer data for training or fine-tuning AI models without the customer's prior permission or instructions.

Certain Google Cloud services provide optional data-logging or model-improvement programs.

Any use of submitted information for those purposes depends on the applicable service, configuration, contractual arrangements, and permissions.

One Submit does not independently sell users' uploaded recordings to Google for AI model training.

6.5 International processing

Google Cloud may process information in countries outside Israel.

The location depends on the specific service, regional endpoint, infrastructure configuration, and applicable processing arrangements.

International transfers are handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and relevant contractual safeguards.

6.6 Google privacy information

Google Cloud Privacy Notice:https://cloud.google.com/terms/cloud-privacy-notice

Google Cloud Data Processing and Security Terms:https://cloud.google.com/terms/data-processing-addendum

7. Google OAuth and Account Authentication

Video Studio may allow users to register or sign in using Google.

When Google sign-in is selected, users are redirected to Google's authentication and authorization process.

Google's OAuth Consent Screen displays the identity of Video Studio and the Google account information or permissions being requested.

Users can review the requested permissions before authorizing them.

If authorization is granted, Google provides Video Studio with the information or authentication tokens required for the approved functionality.

7.2 Information received through Google authentication

Depending on the scopes authorized, Video Studio may receive:

  • Google account name.
  • Email address.
  • Profile image.
  • Google account identifier.
  • Authentication tokens.

Video Studio does not receive the user's Google password.

7.3 How Google account information is used

Information obtained through Google authentication is used to:

  • Register or identify users.
  • Authenticate login sessions.
  • Associate the Google identity with a Video Studio account.
  • Maintain account access and security.
  • Provide additional Google-connected functionality where specifically authorized.

We do not use Google account data for unrelated advertising without an appropriate legal basis or authorization.

7.4 OAuth and uploaded music

Google OAuth authorization and Google Cloud audio processing are separate functions.

Signing in with Google does not, by itself, transfer the user's uploaded music to Google for lyric extraction.

When Video Studio uses a Google Cloud processing API, audio is transmitted separately as necessary to perform the requested Video Studio function.

7.5 Revoking Google access

Users can manage or revoke permissions granted to Video Studio through their Google Account settings.

Revoking access may prevent Google-based sign-in or other connected features from functioning until authorization is restored.

Users may also contact privacy@one-submit.com to request assistance with disconnecting their Google account or deleting eligible associated information.

7.6 Google account privacy

Google's own processing of Google account information is governed by its applicable privacy policies.

Google Privacy Policy:https://policies.google.com/privacy

Google Account Permissions:https://myaccount.google.com/connections

8. ElevenLabs Audio Processing

In certain lyric-extraction workflows, Video Studio transmits uploaded audio to ElevenLabs through its API.

ElevenLabs provides AI-powered speech recognition and transcription services.

8.1 Information shared

Information submitted to ElevenLabs may include:

  • Audio recordings or relevant segments.
  • Vocals and spoken or sung words.
  • Audio metadata.
  • Language information.
  • Technical processing information.

ElevenLabs may return:

  • Recognized lyrics.
  • Transcribed text.
  • Word timestamps.
  • Language information.
  • Other transcription-related results.

8.2 Purpose

ElevenLabs processes audio to help Video Studio identify lyrics and synchronize them with music.

Not every uploaded song is necessarily processed through ElevenLabs.

8.3 Data retention

ElevenLabs may retain submitted audio, generated transcripts, and related information according to its applicable service agreements, processing arrangements, and account settings.

Retention periods and available deletion controls may differ depending on the service configuration.

ElevenLabs provides additional retention controls for certain eligible customers and configurations.

We do not represent that all ElevenLabs requests are processed under zero-retention arrangements.

8.4 Model improvement and AI training

ElevenLabs' handling of submitted content for model improvement depends on its applicable terms and data-use settings.

Some services or configurations may permit model-improvement uses unless relevant restrictions or opt-out settings apply.

One Submit does not independently sell customer-uploaded recordings or transcripts to ElevenLabs.

8.5 International processing

Audio submitted to ElevenLabs may be processed or stored outside Israel, subject to applicable transfer requirements.

8.6 ElevenLabs privacy information

ElevenLabs Privacy Policy:https://elevenlabs.io/privacy-policy

9. Ownership and Confidentiality of User Content

Users retain ownership of music, recordings, lyrics, and other content they lawfully own.

Uploading content does not transfer copyright ownership to One Submit.

One Submit processes user content to provide the requested features and related support, security, and administrative services.

We do not automatically publish private uploaded recordings or completed user videos.

Authorized personnel and service providers may access information when reasonably necessary for service delivery, troubleshooting, security, or compliance.

Users remain responsible for obtaining the rights and permissions necessary to upload and process third-party content.

10. Other Third-Party Service Providers

Video Studio uses external services to operate its infrastructure.

10.1 Amazon Web Services

AWS supports aspects of Video Studio's hosting, storage, computing, and technical infrastructure.

Depending on the deployed systems, AWS services may process account information, uploaded files, project data, video renders, and technical logs.

AWS Privacy Notice:https://aws.amazon.com/privacy/

10.2 Amazon Simple Email Service

We use Amazon SES for transactional communications such as:

  • Account verification.
  • Password resets.
  • Billing notices.
  • Render completion notifications.
  • Security alerts.

Amazon SES processes information necessary to deliver these messages.

10.3 Payment providers

Third-party payment services process purchases, recurring subscriptions, refunds, and transaction disputes.

Payment providers may independently process billing information for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

10.4 Authentication, rendering, and security

Additional technical services may support authentication, databases, video rendering, application monitoring, and content delivery.

Information shared with these services is limited to what is reasonably necessary for their functions, subject to applicable obligations.

10.5 Meta advertising measurement

Where enabled, Video Studio uses the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure and improve its advertising on Meta platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram.

Depending on the user's consent choice, Meta may receive:

  • Pages visited on Video Studio.
  • Account registration and completed purchase events.
  • Email address and account identifier, in hashed form.
  • IP address and browser information.
  • Meta cookie and ad click identifiers.

Purchase amounts, uploaded music, lyrics, video projects, and file names are not sent to Meta.

Where consent is required, including for visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, these technologies are activated only after the user accepts advertising cookies.

Elsewhere, they are active by default unless the browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.

Users may accept or decline advertising cookies at any time through Cookie settings at the bottom of the home page. Declining stops further advertising events.

Meta processes this information under its own terms and privacy policy and may process it outside Israel.

Meta Privacy Policy:https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy

11. Sale of Personal Information and Advertising

One Submit does not sell users' private uploaded music, lyrics, or video projects as commercial data products.

We do not independently sell uploaded recordings to advertisers, record labels, or music companies.

Where advertising or tracking technologies are used, applicable disclosures, consent mechanisms, and opt-out rights will be provided.

12. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Video Studio may use cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Account authentication.
  • Session management.
  • Security.
  • Interface preferences.
  • Application performance.
  • Analytics.
  • Advertising measurement, where enabled.

Strictly necessary technologies may operate without optional consent where legally permitted.

Where required, nonessential analytics and advertising technologies are activated only after the user provides the relevant consent.

Users may manage applicable tracking preferences through the available consent controls or browser settings.

Section 10.5 describes the Meta advertising cookies and how to accept or decline them.

13. Data Retention

We retain information for the time reasonably necessary to provide the Service and fulfill applicable legal obligations.

13.1 Active accounts

Account information and projects are retained while the account remains active, subject to applicable storage limits and legal requirements.

13.2 Canceled subscriptions

Projects and completed renders associated with canceled subscriptions are retained for 90 days after the paid subscription period expires.

After that period, files may be deleted from active storage, subject to continued account activity, other account entitlements, and legal requirements.

13.3 Free accounts and one-time credit users

For users without an active paid subscription, an account becomes inactive after 12 consecutive months without a login or authenticated project or rendering activity.

After 12 months of inactivity, stored projects, uploaded audio, lyrics, and completed videos may be deleted.

We send an email warning at least 30 days before deletion under this inactivity rule.

Logging in or performing a qualifying authenticated project action before the deletion deadline resets the inactivity period.

13.4 One-time rendering credits

Purchased one-time rendering credits do not expire solely because of inactivity.

Deletion of stored project files does not automatically remove unused purchased rendering credits.

13.5 Account deletion

Users may request deletion of their account and eligible associated personal information.

After any necessary verification, we delete or anonymize eligible information in accordance with applicable law.

Certain information may remain where required or permitted for accounting, legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

13.6 External processing providers

Information transmitted to Google Cloud, ElevenLabs, or other external providers may be subject to provider-specific retention arrangements.

Provider retention periods may differ from Video Studio's project-storage periods.

13.7 Backups

Deleted information may remain temporarily in secure backups until the relevant backup retention cycle completes.

Billing, accounting, consent, security, and dispute-related records may be retained for legally required or otherwise justified periods.

14. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on applicable law, users may have the right to:

  • Access their personal information.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion.
  • Restrict certain processing activities.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent essential service communications.

19. Third-Party Websites

Video Studio may contain links to independent websites, including Google, ElevenLabs, payment providers, and social media platforms.

These services operate under their own applicable privacy policies.

One Submit does not control how independent websites process information users voluntarily provide to them.
